As a team of dedicated psychologists, we specialise in delivering clinical supervision tailored to individuals and teams' unique needs. Our approach incorporates diverse supervision models, ensuring flexibility and relevance to various professional contexts.We are deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of forensic psychologists, drawing on extensive experience supervising trainees through the BPS Qualification in Forensic Psychology and university-accredited PgDip Forensic Psychology Practitioner programs.

We recognise the challenges and learning curves inherent in professional development training routes and aim to promote independence while providing guidance every step of the way. Additionally, we have a wealth of experience providing clinical supervision to trainees in diverse forensic settings.

 

Beyond academic pathways, our expertise extends to providing peer supervision for qualified professionals and facilitating group supervision for teams, particularly those engaged in high-pressure, front-line roles. This includes creating safe and reflective spaces that enhance professional practice and resilience. In addition to supervision, we offer consultancy services to teams and organisations to improve clinical skills, promote reflective practice, and drive service improvements.
